     Each Morning brings us a brand new start.  What we do Today is what matters most.  As a solution-focused therapist many of my clients are surprised to learn the answers they seek already lie within them.  Our work together is to identify and cultivate these solutions.

      I am a master's prepared licensed professional counselor with over 15 years experience working with patients coping with mental health issues such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and substance abuse.  My experience  includes inpatient, resdiential, and outpatient environments.  I look forward to hearing from you Today.
